EO Services and use cases
The CopernicusLAC program is driving the development of multiple geospatial services addressing diverse natural disasters across the region. These include applications for flood preparedness, vegetation and drought monitoring, landslide detection, and urban characterization, among others.
In the CopernicusLAC Platform the user gets access to multiple EO services dedicated for mapping risk and recovery, assessing vulnerability and exposure for preparedness, and monitoring extreme weather and climate-related events (e.g. droughts, floods, wildfires).
